Bill helped me out with many regattas. His generosity, his smiles, his sense of humor, and the many sailing stories he told will all be remembered. Seeing him laugh and having a good time at this year's Queens Cup party will be the memory I will always keep close to me. He touched a lot of people in many great ways. We're all going to miss him.
