Grobschmidt, Lorraine Schweitzer
is peaceful at last in the arms of the angels and our Lord. Passed away May 14, 2016 at the age of 91 surrounded by family. Survived by husband of 24 years Chester Grobschmidt, daughters Sharon Anne (Dan) Cowles, Patricia (Tom) Briesemeister, sons James (Karen) Schweitzer Jr., Jonathan (Leslie) Schweitzer, sisters-in-law Doris Schweitzer and Delores Schweitzer, and special niece Jackie Lane. Preceded in death by husband James Schweitzer Sr. Further survived by children through marriage Richard (Barbara) Grobschmidt and Karen (Bo) Southerlin. Beloved grandmother of Wendy, Timothy, Jonathan, Jennifer, Brian, Jacob, Thomas, James, Jeffrey, step-grandchildren Tamara, Brian, and Gregory. Also survived by 16 great-grandchildren as well as 2 great-great-grandchildren. Lorraine worked at Ace World Wide for more than 20 years. She was a long time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Divine Mercy parish.

Visitation will be held at Divine Mercy Catholic Church (800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee) on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at church on Wednesday at 11:00AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
