Mom

On a summer day after dinner, I was getting ready to do the dishes. My brother Chris normally dried while I washed. Chris disappeared and I didn't think anything of it. I turned on the water and bent down to get the dish soap from under the sink. That's when I heard my mom's startled screams. I stood up and looked at her. She was standing directly behind me- soaking wet. It turns out Chris snuck outside and when I turned on the water he turned on the hose intending to soak me through the window, when I ducked he nailed my mom. She did laugh too.
