Passed on November 18, 2015 at the age of 58. Devoted husband to Kathi. Loving father of Ashley, Rachel, Sebastian "Ian". Beloved step-father of Blair Dunday and Kim (Mark) Jurgenson. Son to Elaine and the late Arthur. Further survived by grandchildren, brother and sisters, other relatives and friends.
