Obituary for Wallace E. Swanson Jr.

Swanson, Wallace E. passed away on October 15, 2015. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Stephen (Deanne), Kristin (Ted) Eschete, and Leslie (Rick) Wiley. Proud grandfather to Matthew and Elyse. Brother to Donald J. (Marilyn). Uncle to Michael Turner, Lisa Hecht, and Britta Sieggen and their families.

Visitation at Molthen-Bell Funeral Home on Monday, October 19, 2015 from 5:00PM-8:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Divine Mercy Church on Marquette Ave. on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 11:00AM. Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

A special thank you to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital-St. Francis ICU staff.

Wallace graduated from the Miami University and earned two masters from the University of Maryland and the University of Wisconsin. He was a guidance counselor in the South Milwaukee School System for over 35 years and coached tennis for over 25 years. He had passion for his work and was truly one of a kind. He will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers donations to South Milwaukee Retirees Scholarship (SMSR) are appreciated. (Checks may be mailed to the School District of South Milwaukee at 901 15th Ave.)
