Obituary for Jennie M. Clemens

Clemens, Jennie (nee Antonovich), age 90, passed away at home on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Born in Chisholm, Minn on March 27, 1924, she was a longtime resident of South Milwaukee, WI. Jennie is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; sons, Steven and Joseph; and daughter, Judith. Longtime parishioner at the old St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church. Active volunteer since moving to South Milwaukee in 1957, working in the coffee shop and bake sales at the former Trinity Hospital, St. Adalbert’s, Human Concerns, Meals on Wheels, and others. A regular MATC “student” who enjoyed many classes and especially her fellow classmates. Mom enjoyed a full house, a good meal, and lots of laughs. She was very loved and will be missed.

Jennie is survived by her children Michael (Shelley), Susan (Mike) Madden, Joan (Reiner) Clemens-Specht, Patricia, Gerald, Thomas (Sharon), Rebecca (James) Meier, Paula (Joseph) Palasz, Sandra (Melinda); her grandchildren Casey, Damien, Pam, Lily, Jason, Jacob, William, Nathan, Samantha, Madalain, Jamie, Chelsea, Zachary, and Megan; and great-grandchildren Murphy, Molly, Lucie, Marlowe, Cooper, Jovie, Macy, Aiden, Benjamin, Cael, Charlie, Tyler, and Rachel.

Visitation Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Molthen-Bell Funeral Home 4:30PM-6:00PM. Funeral Service at the funeral home on Sunday at 6:00PM.

Special Thanks to Comfort Keepers, Golden Living Center, and Vitas for their kindness and help in caring for our mother. In lieu of flowers, donation will be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (620 S. 76th St. #160, Milw, 53214).
