35 years of fun and friendship

The world has lost another wonderful man and a patron of the arts. Always a smile, a kind word, and ready to talk about all antiques and fine art. He didn't just talk, he put his money there as well! Exceptional taste, and the focus to build amazing collections. Diverse to say the least. I met Jerry more than 35 years ago (maybe 40) at the Antique Market in Grays Lake...He purchased a large Royal Dux Figure from me...and when I saw him about two / three weeks ago, we talked about that piece, and how long he has enjoyed it...as I mentioned, always a kind word. I'll miss you Jerry, your memory will stay with me, and when I see your nephew, I hope we can share another story. God Bless you. Smile for Jerry, if the afterlife is a reflection of how you lived your (short) life on this earth. Jerry found eternal peace, and is shopping the antique show that never closes! Thanks for the fun and friendship. I'll miss you.
