Born to Eternal Life on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the age of 89. Loving husband to June and beloved father to Deborah (Dave) Butts. Dear grandfather to Laura and Joel Tiedeman and great-grandfather to Anna and Collin. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank all of the family and friends that have been so helpful, you are truly a blessing during this difficult time. Virgil loved people and went out of his way to help in any way he could. He was also an avid fisherman and lure collector. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, February 2 from 1 to 3 pm with a service at 3 pm.
