Jacobi, Timothy P. passed away on September 30, 2017 at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Koehn). Loving father of Scott (Teresa), Tracie (Jon) Krueger, Richard (Michelle), Brian (Kalie Adler). Proud grandfather of Cameron, Zachary, Jalyn, Nathan, Joshua, Benjamin, and Samuel. Further survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Cudahy on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Funeral service will be on Wednesday at church at 11:00AM. Interment at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
