Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the age of 62. Preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Blanche Lezala. Loving sister to Linda (the late Stephen) Serak, Mike (Bernice) Lezala and Cindy (Norm) Zaren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends including her dog Sadie. Memorial visitation on Tuesday, May 9 at the funeral home from 12 to 1 pm with a service to follow. Susan loved to spend her time gardening, traveling, quilting, baking and being with her family.
