Sara Prelesnik

Passed away peacefully on February 11, 2022 at the age of 40. Loving mother to Ian. Dear daughter to Gary and Jackie Prelesnik. Beloved sister to Jamie (Zack) Bradley and Nicole (Aaron) Scholz. Granddaughter to Joan Lampe, the late Barbara Wapp, the late John Lampe and the late Lorraine Prelesnik. Also survived by her nephews Austen, Gaven, Aiden Bradley and her best friend Gunta. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Sara graduated from Cudahy High School in 2000. She was a CNA at Meadowmere in Oak Creek and enjoyed her work caring for the elderly. Memorial visitation on Friday, February 18 at the funeral home from 5 to 7 PM with a service at 7 PM.
