Roszella Lampl

November 11, 1937 — August 27, 2020

Roszella "Sally" Lampl, age 82, South Milwaukee, our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on August 27, 2020 due to complications from dementia. Sally was born in Hettinger County, N.D. on November 11, 1937 to the late Peter and Maggie Greff of Mott, N.D. She graduated from Mott High School in 1955 and went on to business school. On February 17, 1958 she married Anton "Tony" Lampl. With a career spanning over four decades, Sally worked at Trinity Memorial Hospital, and later joining Lakeshore Medical Clinic. Working until the age of 77, she was extremely dedicated to the job and the people that brought her so much joy over the years. She was a selfless person always putting others before herself. Complaining was not in her nature, and she had an incredible zest for life. She enjoyed family gatherings, holidays, and spending time with her grandchildren that she absolutely adored. Sally looked forward to her annual trips to North Dakota and Nebraska to visit her brothers, sister, nieces, and nephews. Survived by her children, Mischelle (Dawn Peterson) Lampl, Rod (Annalisa) Lampl, Sherry (Tom) Nimphius, and Lori (Clarence Harris) Serrano; 6 grandchildren, Shane (Kellie) Nimphius, Lindsey (Josh Malczewski) Schwarz, Adam Lampl, Caitlin (Corey) Page, Stephanie (Jake Palasz) Nimphius, and Tyler (Laura) Nimphius; 3 great-grandchildren, Lincoln Nimphius, Annabelle Page, and Parker Nimphius. Further survived by her sister Beanie (Clarence) Kadrmas, her brother Jim (Irene) Greff, and sister-in-law Judy Greff; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Hank. The family wishes to thank Aurora at Home Hospice for their kindness and support. Due to the pandemic, a private memorial service is being held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. "We love you and we will miss you. You will be in our hearts forever." Love, your family
