Robert Swanson

Robert passed away on Monday March 13th, 2017. He was the husband of Virginia Ann Swanson who proceeded him to heaven. Robert was the father of Donald F. Swanson (Kansas City), Marlene Swanson, Maureen Swanson (proceeded in death) and Jean Ann Schjodt (Denver, CO). He leaves behind four grandchildren; Zackary, Louise, Amanda and Alexander as well as six great grandchildren. Robert was a veteran who proudly served our country in Italy during World War II. Robert was raised in Waukegan, Illinois and moved to Milwaukee after WWII where he raised his family. A devout "Packers Fan" and later in life of the Kansas Jayhawks. Robert worked most of his life for the Milwaukee Envelope Company and it was where he met his lovely wife Virginia. His children Don and Jean Ann also worked there during school. He also got job for many other extended family members throughout the years. Please keep the family in your prayers.
