Robert Buerger

Robert A Buerger Cudahy – Born to Stanley and Florence Buerger on August 15, 1941, passed away peacefully December 15, 2021 at the age of 80 with his beloved wife beside him. He is survived by his wife Helen of 58 years. Loving father of Therese (Lance) Wasniewski and Robert (Trina) Buerger, Jr. Proud grandpa of Joshua, Andrew, and Gina; Anthony (fiancée Lexi) and Arlie (Scott Hirst). Great grandpa of Elliot Hirst. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Stan and Bruce. Bob enjoyed his family most. He fished and vacationed with them throughout the Northwoods including every Memorial Day when they all always gathered together. He enjoyed making people laugh and had a sense of humor that brought smiles to everyone he spoke with. He worked his entire career in construction starting with their family business Tomaro Contractors in 1957 and retiring from Ruekert & Mielke Inc in 2011. After retirement, he enjoyed gardening and his fishing reel collection. We are honoring Bob's wishes, there will be no services.
