Passed away peacefully on July 4, 2021 at the age of 56. Loving brother to Sandra (Tony) Schlemm, Patti (Daniel) Schwichtenberg, Debbie Crooks and Cyndi (Dennis) Gilles. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, July 9 from 10 AM to 12 PM. Interment to follow Forest Hill Memorial Park.
