Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the age of 64. Preceded in death by his wife Mary and daughter Maggie. Loving father to Dustin (Alyssa) Cappelli and dear grandfather to Sydney, Luca, Nico, Kirsten, Kaleb and Kadon. Also survived by his brothers Bobby, Roger and sister Patty. He is further survived by many great friends. Memorial visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 31 from 4 to 6PM. Richard was the street superintendent of South Milwaukee for over 30 years.
