Richard Baldwin

Passed away peacefully Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Yuko (nee Ara) for 57 years. Preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends (Ambrocia and Myrna) and two angels Jan O'Donnell and Robert Bonchek. Richard served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed traveling to Japan and attending Broadway shows. Richard retired after 32 years of service to the City of South Milwaukee and the South Milwaukee Water Utility. No services will be held.
