Patty Guza

Patty Lou Guza (Nee Nichols) Born to Eternal Life on April 14, 2023 at the age of 64. Loving wife of James for 36 years. Beloved mother of Jennifer (Lukas) Bernard and Nicole (Cory) Pientka. Proud grandmother of Colby, Jameson, Leland, Kinsley and Natalie. Dear sister of Bruce (Jane) Nichols. Further survived by brother/sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, cherished friends and her dogs, Roxy and Belle. Preceded in death by her parents Duane and Bernice Nichols, brother, Rodney Nichols and sister, Penny Seidner. Patty was adored by everyone she met. Her bright smile, contagious laughter, and genuine interest in others drew people to her wherever she went. Patty was a dedicated employee of Everbrite for 42 years where she created many everlasting friendships. She enjoyed reading, thrifting, watching The Hallmark Channel, casino trips, girls nights and most of all spending time with her family and grandkids. She enjoyed going on the annual family vacation to Wisconsin Dells. It would be wrong to say that Patty lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Patty stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Patty. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean she lost the fight. Patty was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, April 23 from 10AM to 12PM with a service at noon. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park on Monday, April 24 at 10 AM.
