Patricia Ann Conners

Patricia Ann Conners, passed away on Monday, September 21st, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on November 4th, 1935, in Wisconsin, Patricia lived a life full of love, dedication, and cherished moments.

Patricia is survived by her sister, Kathleen (nee Barrett) Ackermann, and Michael and family. She is also remembered by her brother David Barrett, Gerri Hayden and family. Patricia’s legacy continues through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her extended family of cousins and friends will also deeply miss her presence.

A visitation to honor Patricia’s life will be held at Molthen-Bell Funeral Home in South Milwaukee, WI, on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same location at 12:30 pm.
