Blake, Pamela A. (nee Herzog) Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the age of 55. Preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Ellen. Survived by her loving husband Robert. Loving mother of Brian and Stephanie. Sister of Gregg (Kathleen), Cindi, and Susan (Ronald). Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday, March 12 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (2220 9th Ave, South Milwaukee) from 9-10:30 am with a service to follow. Entombment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
