Neal Packard

Neal Andrew Packard better known as Skip passed away December 15th, 2016 at 5am. He awoke to the next life quickly while deep asleep at the age of 56. He was 1 of 6 sons of the late Carol and Michael Packard. He is survived by his best friend and wife of 36 years, Gail Packard, his two boys Alex and Andrew with wife Christina, and known only as Baboo to his many grandchildren. Skip was an awe-inspiring, kind, fix-anything man who put the troubles of anyone in his path on his shoulders. The wonder of his heart and sense of humor touched those that were lucky enough to cross his path. And now he must begin another path as angels are always chosen early in life.
