Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the age of 72 years. Beloved aunt of Jeanette (Gary) Adamczak and Paul (Nicholle) Hrdlicka. Preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Dorothy Kriz and her sister Barbara. Further survived by other family members and friends. Special thanks to her caregivers Jeanette and Melissa for their care and support. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery (3801 W Morgan Ave) on Tuesday, July 14 at 1pm.
