Passed away on December 24, 2015 at the age of 61. Preceded in death by her father George Clarence Seis, mother Charlotte Virginia (nee Pender) and sister Kathleen Seis. She is survived by her husband Chuck Jordan, children Elton Mattson and Angela (Eric) Habermehl, grandchildren Jacob and Ashley Habermehl. Further survived by her brother Douglas (Janine) Seis and sister Georgia Seis. Memorial visitation will be Monday, January 4 at the funeral home from 5 to 8 pm with a service to follow at 8 pm.
