Kathleen Hanneman

Kathleen Hanneman (Nee Gaffney) native of South Milwaukee, left this earthly world on December 1, 2018 to become a member of Heaven's Country Club at the age of 75. Kathleen will be greatly missed by her husband John Hanneman of 48 years, daughters Joan (Steve) Monk, Maureen (John) Willms, Ann Hanneman, granddaughters Courtney and Rachel, Identical twin sister Maureen Kornacki, brother Phil (Kathy) Gaffney, along with all her niece's, nephew's, great niece's, great nephew's, many other relatives and friends and her Grant Park Women's League golf buddies. Fellow members of Heaven's Country Club includes her parent's Frank and Leona Gaffney, her Aunts Florence Hughes and Dotty Fitzgerald, and her brother in law Ron Kornacki. Memorial service will be held on Friday December 7, 2018 from 4PM to 6PM with service to follow at the Funeral Home. Memorials to Juvenile Arthritis Association or Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of American would be appreciated.
