Joseph Sazama

Joseph F. Sazama, life journey began on September 14, 1932, and concluded his earthly chapter on July 3, 2025. Joseph's early years were marked by a deep sense of duty and service, as he honorably served his country as a Coast Guard during the Korean War. The discipline and respect he garnered during his service years were evident throughout his life and in the way he conducted himself both personally and professionally. Joseph was a devoted husband to his wife, Mae Joan Sazama (née Rohlinger) and he is further survived by his son Carl Sazama. Those who knew Joseph would describe him as the epitome of thoughtfulness and kindness. His actions were always guided by consideration for others, and his gentle demeanor was a comfort to all. Joseph's legacy is one of love, compassion, and integrity, qualities that he effortlessly embodied and that will continue to resonate with those who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. He will be deeply missed
