August 13, 1946 — September 29, 2017

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 29, 2017, age 71. Preceded in death by her husband James Schmidt. Loving mother to Rebecca (Lauren) Wiedower and Corry (Randy) Asselin. Dear grandmother to Justin and Jared Wiedower. Beloved sister to Janice (William) Halle, Jerry (Cleo) Messner, Jeffrey Messner and John (Joyce) Messner. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial visitation at Divine Mercy Parish (800 Marquette Ave, South Milwaukee) on Monday, October 9 from 10 to 11 AM with Mass at 11 AM. Memorials to the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association appreciated.
