Jay Harvanek

Jay W. Harvanek passed away on August 4, 2022 at the age of 63. Beloved brother of Terri (Terry) Ottelien and Mae Guenther. Proud uncle of Amy (Joe) Lueptow, Chris Gevers, and Rick (Linda) Guenther. Preceded in death by his parents, Felix & Mae. Further survived by his lifelong friend Bob Villareal, his dog Corky, other family, and friends. Jay worked for the city of Oak Creek in the engineering department for over 20 years. He retired in 2020. Visitation at Forest Hill Memorial Park (3301 E. Forest Hill Ave., Oak Creek) on Friday, Aug. 12, 2022 from 10:00-11:00. Funeral service on Friday at the cemetery at 11:00.
