Jane Polasek

Jane M. Polasek passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 74. She is reunited with her parents, Henry and Alice (nee Krzywkowski) Polasek; and her sister, Lorraine Polasek. Jane worked for the U.S. Forestry Service for 37 years. She was the president and tournament chair for the Grant Park Golf Club. Visitation will be on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 at Nativity of the Lord Catholic Church (3672 E. Plankinton Ave., Cudahy). Mass of Christian Burial at church on Monday at 11:00. Entombment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
