Jakob Heizmann

Jakob was born in Klein-Libenthal, Ukraine on March 9, 1926, to John and Elizabeth Heizmann. He passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 96 surrounded by his loving family. Jakob was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters. Those who remember him are his beloved wife, of almost 75 years, Olga (Brun), sons Ewald (Joy), John (Mary) and Ronald (Wendy); grandchildren Jason (Sue), Robert (Becky), Jakob, Lukas and Casey; great grandson Benjamin and many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Jakob and Olga married in Germany in 1948. In 1952 they immigrated to the United States and raised their family in the same home they had built only 12 years after they arrived in Wisconsin. A home that is still in the family. Jakob will be missed by his family and those whose lives he touched.
