Jack was born in Milwaukee on February 06, 1945, and raised in Oak Creek. He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Wieselman, nephew Frank Dietz, close friends Carol, Jennifer, Jessica, and Jacob along with a host of other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol Welechowski Dietz, his brother and his parents.
Jack was a very fun-loving guy who enjoyed the outdoors and taking trips. He was an avid boater and fisher and loved model boats. Jack will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to meet him.
The family will be having private services at a later date.
