Hattie Stack

Stack, Hattie J. (nee Virovatz) age 91, died peacefully on March 25, 2018 and was reunited with her husband Kenneth, daughter Cheryl, and grandson Bryan. She was also predeceased by her parents Joseph and Anna Virovatz, twin sister Helen, sisters Mary and Ann, and brothers Joseph, George, and John. She was the loving mother to Kim (Louise), Jeffrey (Lisa), Ricky (Jody), Bradley (Julie), and James (Deri-lyn). She was also stepmother to Kenneth G. Stack. She is further survived by her sister Margaret Ferks, 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces. Hattie worked for Allis Chalmers and later the Gourmet House in South Milwaukee. Hattie was a Wisconsin Junior Miss pageant parent. After retirement she lived in Las Vegas, NV for 23 years before returning to Milwaukee in 2006. She was an active member of the community no matter where she lived. Donations may be made to Children's Hospital Foundation. Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (3635 S Kinnickinnick Ave, St Francis, 53235) on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 1:00PM-3:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at church on Wednesday at 3:00PM. Interment at Arlington Cemetery on Thursday.
