Harry Kowalski

Harry B. Kowalski, 95, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2023.  Hi is reunited with his beloved wife of 64.5 years, the late Adeline (nee Badzinski).  Proud and loving father to Gregory (Patricia) and Kenneth (Ellen).  Extremely proud and loving grandpa to Alexander (Fiona) and Lauren who were the apples of his eye!!  He is also survived by one sister-in-law, Gail (Sue) Badzinski, nieces (Jean and Jill), nephews (Scott and James) and dear friends Wayne and Kathy Groth and George and Carol Winters. He left high school to join the Navy and served two tours, one in the Korean War and the other in Guam.  Harry was a Milwaukee County Bus Driver for 38.5 years.  He loved to golf and bowl.   He was very witty with one liners which brought joy and humor to those around him. We would like to send our sincerest thanks to the staff and all of the care givers of Talem Home Care, The Francis House Memory Care Unit of Franciscan Villa and Accent Care for all of the love and help they provided to Harry during the last few months. A wake, in his honor, will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., followed by a mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m.  This will be held at Divine Mercy Parish in South Milwaukee located at 800 Marquette Avenue.  He will be entombed at St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Milwaukee.
