Gary Glasford

Gary Cleveland Glasford passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on November 30th at the age of 80. Preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Faith, his sister Barbara, niece Dawn and his beloved Patricia; father of Dale (Kim) Glasford and Laura (Dale) Anders.  Proud grandfather of 6,  Ryan (Mackenzie) Glasford, Alex Glasford, Nichole (Kyle) Velie, Cameron (Taylor) Anders, Noah Glasford, Bailee Anders and great papa to Wrenlee. Gary was born on August 17, 1943 to Harvey and Faith Glasford in Milwaukee.  Growing up in Bay View he graduated from Bay View High School in 1961.  He loved to spend time at South Shore Park. For many years he worked for Schlitz Breweryand retired from Cooper Power in South Milwaukee. As a longtime bowler, Gary gained many friends and participated in many ABC tournaments around the country.  Together he and Pat were avid travelers. Gary loved  attending his grandchildren's sporting events, car shows and was a big supporter of our Wisconsin sports teams and attending many Brewers games. Gary donated many gallons of blood over the years, so in lieu of flowers, please consider a blood donation in his honor. The family invites friends and loved ones to pay their respects at the Molthen-Bell Funeral Home, 700 Milwaukee Avenue, in South Milwaukee, WI. The visitation will be held on December 8th from 5-7 pm.
