Frederick A. "Freddy" Roth Passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 53. He was born on June 11, 1970, in Cudahy, WI and resided at Central Wisconsin Center in Madison, WI. Freddy will always be remembered for his smile, laughter, and his love for everyone. Beloved Son to Darlene Nowakowski (Lyle Donovan) and Arthur (Cheryl) Roth. Dear Brother to Corrine (Frank) Strange, Jamie (Lynn) Roth and Jami Sobocinski. Loved by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Preceded in death by Grandparents Carol Seeby, Richard Bartlett, Otto and Betty Roth. Aunts Kathy Dain, Marlene Roth, and Dixie Bouillon. A special thank you to Dhurata, Carol, Linda and all our friends at Central Wisconsin Center for taking such good care of him and loving him so much. Visitation will be held on October 14, 2023 at the funeral home from 9-11 am with a memorial service to follow.
