Evelyn Benkowski

Evelyn J. Benkowski was born on December 10, 1947 and entered her heavenly home on January 19, 2022. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Celia Benkowski. She was a graduate of South Milwaukee High School. Evelyn worked her entire career, over 40 years, at the Ladish Company and retired in 2010. She enjoyed traveling and took many trips throughout the U.S. She loved cats and had a witty sense of humor which was a gift to anyone around her. Mostly, she loved spending time with her family and friends. A memorial service will be on March 28 at Divine Mercy Parish (800 Marquette Ave, South Milwaukee) from 10 to 11 AM with Mass at 11 AM. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Memorials should be directed to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
