Samplaski, Eugene A.
Passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the age of 87 years. Survived by his loving wife Lois of 67 years. Beloved father to James (Maureen) Samplaski, Richard (Sue) Samplaski, Sandra (Tom) Kapusta. Survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. Further survived by his brothers and sisters; Peter (Joanne) Samplaski, Virginia Cardenas and Diane Salmon, and sisters-in-law Alice Samplaski and Rachel Samplaski. Preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; Walter Samplaski, Raymond (Bernice) Samplaski, Martha Jankowski, Cecelia (Norbert) Breiwa, Veronica (Victor) Wroblewski, Robert Samplaski, Thomas Samplaski, Betty Jean Samplaski, and brother-in-law Emery Cardenas.
Visitation on Friday, July 17 at the funeral home from 11 am to 1:30 pm with a service to follow at 1:30pm. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
