Elva M. Winchell (nee Ballard) born July 17, 1931, passed away on December 21, 2019 at the age of 88. Loving mother of Robert R. (Linda) Weinstein Jr., Christine M. (Charles) Brulz, Larry A. (Debra) Winchell Jr., and Matthew E. Winchell. Proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A visitation will be held on January 4, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park (3301 E. Forest Hill Ave., Oak Creek) from 10:00AM-11:00AM.
