Ellen Osborne

Osborne, Ellen E. (nee Rowland) passed away November 7, 2018 at the age of 72 years. She is reunited with her beloved husband, Donald. Loving mother of Melanie (Jack) Takerian and Michael (Tricia). Proud grandmother of Emily, Payton, Taylor, Jack, Olivia, Elijah, and Gabriel. Further survived by her siblings, Karen (Tom) Sedlacek, Bob (Diana) Rowland, Pat (Patsy) Rowland, Ruth Rowland, & Tim (Katie) Rowland; cousins; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Molthen-Bell Funeral Home from 2:00PM-4:00PM. Memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 4:00PM. Private inurnment at Forest Hill Memorial Park at a later date. Ellen's family was her life. Ellen had worked for FedEx for 25 years where she made some extremely close friends. Ellen's amazing smile and personality caused a number of return customers over the years, where additional friendships were created. She was considered the mom of the group and would occasionally bring some of her leftover meals to share with her co-workers or a number of the MPD beat cops, that would regularly stop in for a cup of coffee, conversation and Ellen's cooking.
