It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of DuWayne Klak, a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and friend, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, at the age of 81. DuWayne was born on February 2nd, 1944, bringing joy and light to all who knew him throughout his remarkable life.
DuWayne proudly served his country in the Army and continued his distinguished military career, retiring from the Air Force in 2002. His dedication and service stand as a testament to his unwavering commitment to his country and fellow servicemen.
Away from his duties, DuWayne was an enthusiastic golfer and bowler, spending countless hours perfecting his game. A true lover of the outdoors, he found solace in nature and had a profound passion for landscaping, spending many cherished moments tending to his garden. A loyal supporter of the Packers football team, DuWayne's enthusiasm for the game was infectious, often sharing it with those he loved.
DuWayne is survived by his dear sister, Darlene Sakale, his loving children, Cindy (Brett) Heath and Robert (Letecia) Klak, and his treasured grandchildren, Mason, Madison, and Preston Heath. He is preceded in death by his devoted wife, Jeanette Lang Klak, his brother Walter Jr., Gary, and sister Delphine, who undoubtedly greet him with open arms.
