Dorothy La Coursiere

La Coursiere, Dorothy E. (nee Prudhomme) went to God's arms after fighting a courageous battle with illness on April 18, 2016 at the age of 87. She is reunited with her husband, Francis. Loving mother to David (Patricia), Katherine, Michael (Patricia), Connie (Philip) Howard, Barbara, Laurie (Scott) Potrzebowski, and Robert (Teresa). Proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren, great-grandma to 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Sister to Hilaire (Jean) Prudhomme. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Divine Mercy Church from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Thursday at 11:00AM. Entombment at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
