Doloris Wanat

Born to Eternal Life on June 12, 2024 at the age of 96. Loving wife to the late Thaddeus John Wanat. Dear mother to Thomas (Jean) Wanat and Tony (Cheryl) Wanat. Beloved grandmother to Matthew (Juli), Karolyn (Steven), Rebecca (Michael), TJ (Jackie), Katherine, Allison (Gregory), Brianna (William) and Alycia (Bryan). Great-grandmother to Trenton, Addilynn, Tremont, Kloey, Raelynn, Caius, Bennett, Elias, Evelyn, Evan, Ellie, Brady and Easton. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Christ King Catholic Church (2604 N Swan Blvd, Milwaukee) on June 29 from 10 to 11 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Christ King Parish (Wauwatosa, WI) or to the Alzheimer's Association. Doloris grew up in Chicago and loved baking for the Priests and Nuns who lived behind the family grocery store on Augusta Blvd. Later she was active at St. Ferdinand Parish and Weber High School supporting her sons. She retired to a condo in Wood Dale with her husband Ted and enjoyed golf, bowling and dancing polkas. After Ted passed, she moved to Wauwatosa to be closer to family.
