December 8, 1976 — July 12, 2021

Found peace on July 12, 2021 at the age of 44. Loving son to Jose Sr and Elida Hernandez. Dear father to Blake, Marcus and Jayden. Beloved brother to Jose Jr. (Raquel), Santos (Brooke), Miranda and Mireyda (Bryan). Further survived by the Hernandez and Guardiola family. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, July 16 from 10 AM to 2 PM with a graveside service to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Oak Creek.
