Craig Simuncak

Craig passed away peacefully with family by his side on July 19, 2024, at the age of 58. Beloved husband to Loree (nee Barsamian) for almost 31 years. Loving father to Stephen and dear brother to Brenda. Further survived by Aunt Carol Knaak, Uncle Dave Simuncak, Sister-In-Law Sandy Taylor, niece, nephews, many cousins, family and devoted friends. Preceded in death by his parents Don and Bonnie Simuncak. Craig began his career as a police officer with the Muskego Police Department in October of 1992 and retired in January of 2023 as a Captain after 30+ years of dedicated service. Craig loved his family and friends and was the life of every party. He loved the outdoors, especially the family cabin in the Northwoods which was his happy place. Craig was an avid fisherman, always fishing for the next musky, and always looking for the perfect Old Fashioned. Visitation at the South Milwaukee United Methodist Church (1327 Marshall Ave) on Sunday, July 28 from 1 to 4 PM with a service at 4 PM. Private interment. Memorials to the family will be used to support cancer research and other charities in Craig's memory.
