Passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017, age 66. Preceded in death by her husband Douglas Paul Mattes Sr. Loving mother to Rachel Lynn Herwig (nee Mattes) and Douglas Paul Mattes Jr. Grandma to Robert Douglas, Kayla Colleen and Brock James. Great-grandma to Nora Andrea Simpson. Also survived by her brother Dennis Costigan and sister Robin Perkie. Visitation Friday, April 21 at the funeral home from 2 to 3 pm with a service to follow.In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
