Carol Ann Nowak

Found peace on Tues., Aug. 6, 2019 at the age of 81. Loving wife of Joseph R. of 58 years, devoted mother of Beth Ann (the late Robert) Smith, Mary Jo (Christine Bergan) Nowak and Laura Lee (Daniel) Hubatch; cherished grandmother of Anthony Wellens, Joshua and Danielle Hubatch. Sister to the late Robert (Marni) Stelter, Thomas Stelter and the late Therese Stelter. Sister-in-law to Claudia Stelter and the late Robert (Dolores) Nowak. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Carol Ann was a Proud 1956 graduate of Pulaski High School in Milwaukee, she enjoyed fishing, swimming, cooking and cross stitching. Most of all she loved being with her family. A visitation will be held on Fri., Aug. 9, from 10:00AM until the time of the 11:00AM Memorial Mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 800 Marquette Ave. South Milwaukee, WI 53172. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol Ann's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated. A special thank you to Heartland Hospice, especially Jackie Konkol RN, Sarah Wheeler-NP and the staff at Meadowmere Assisted Living for all the care and concern they showed to Carol Ann.
