Bonnie Spottek

Bonnie passed away peacefully at home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was welcomed into Heaven by her parents Faye and Goble Shelton. Loving wife of Warren. Treasured mom of Brittany (Ben). Special daughter-in-law of Mary (and the late Roger). Cherished sister. Adored "Auntie Bonnie" of many nieces and nephews (who she always treated as her own). Loyal, lifelong friend to Tonette Peppey, and many more. Bonnie had a love for the holidays and upholding family traditions, everyone always knew where the gathering would be. Her "happy place" was the beach in Florida, and on a hot summer day you could find her lounging in her pool or gardening in the backyard. Bonnie had a special place in her heart for dogs, and her home was never without one. Bonnie said she wants her legacy to be "Be strong, and always be kind", and anyone who knew her knew that is exactly what she was. Please help us celebrate her life at Molthen-Bell & Son Funeral Home on Monday, August 2 from 3-5 pm, with a service to follow.
