Anthony Panacek

Panacek, Anthony J. passed away on May 11, 2019 at the age of 97 years. Beloved husband and sweetheart of Cecilia. Loving father of Mary Beth, Dr. Eileen, and the late Anthony Jr. Brother of the late Frances (the late Raymond) Garsombke. Brother-in-law of Dolores (the late Jacob) Hoida, the late Marion (John) Schuld, Christine (John) Lucas, and John (Mary) Williams. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Tony and Ceil were happily married for 68 years. They met at the Eagles Ballroom and spent the next 70 years dancing nearly every weekend. Tony was a proud maintainer and crew chief on assorted aircraft during WWII in the Army Air Corps. He was a 40+ year employee of Bucyrus Erie A visitation will be held at Molthen-Bell Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. A second visitation will be at Divine Mercy Catholic Church (800 Marquette Ave., So. Milwaukee) on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 10:00AM-11:00AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at church on Friday at 11:00AM. Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
