Furdek, Ann E. (nee Placko) Of Cudahy, Born To Eternal Life December 30, 2014 at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Clarence L. Furdek. Loving mother of Mark (Margaret) Furdek, and Judith (Richard) Jodarski. Proud grandmother of Gregory (Laura) Furdek, Andrea (Jon) Larsen, Jeremy Jodarski, and Jennifer (Sean) Fahy. Great-grandmother of Jackson, Annika, Riley, Nathan, Amanda, and Natalie. Dear sister of Elizabeth (the late Milton) Vretenar, the late Pauline (the late Richard) Martins, and the late John (Arlene) Placko. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Monday, January 5, at 11:00AM at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church. 4850 S. Lake Dr. Cudahy. Visitation on Monday from 9:30AM until time of service. Interment private Forest Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials to the church, or to the Disabled American Veteran's appreciated.
