Albert "Joe" Chitwood
South Milwaukee, WI - Joe Chitwood passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, at the age of 54. He is now reunited with his mother Sharon (Chuck) Fabish, sister Lisa and father-in-law Gary Kachelmeier.
Joe is survived by his wife of over 35 years Tammy, his siblings; Greg (Tammy), Becky, Paul, mother-in-law Katalin Toth, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Joe could often be found riding his cherished motorcycle, feeling the wind in his face and the thrill of the journey. His love for two wheels was matched by his passion for cooking and grilling. A true Wisconsinite at heart, Joe was an avid supporter of the Milwaukee Brewers, Bucks and the Green Bay Packers.
A celebration of Joe's life will be held at Pat's Oak Manor on April 18 from 2 to 5 PM. The family requests those attending the celebration of life to wear any sports gear in his memory.
