Vicki Schmitt of Milwaukee, WI was born in Kewanee Illinois on June 18, 1960 to parents Thurman and Norma Jean Shank. She graduated from Kewanee High school and continued her education at Cloud County Community College with an Associates in Arts.
Her interests included creating a lifetime of beautiful memories with her friends and family and she was known for her loving kindness to all that encountered her. Her amazing smile and booming laugh will echo through the coming years through those she loved so wonderfully.
She is survived by her husband Mark Schmitt; Mother Norma Jean Shank; Sister Kim (Doug) Anderson, and Brother Gary (Kathleen) Shank; Mother-in- Law Nancy Schmitt; In-laws Debbie Schumacher; Wendy Schmitt-Hayes; Michael (Kim) Schmitt.
The highlight of her life was her three children Bradley(Ashley) Christman, Diana (Alan) Zumbrunn, Ryan (Lauren) Christman and her precious grandchildren Haley and Hannah Zumbrunn.
Her bonus children, Becky (Ben) Hofmeister and their children Abbygale, Madelynn and Charlotte ; Kelli Jo Schmitt and son Colin; and Ronni Jo Schmitt.
A long list of adoring nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews:
Chip and Kari Wagner their children Jonny, Raven and Kloe; Matt Kaiser and daughter Olivia; Alex Anderson and children Owen and Aubrey; Sandeep and Laura Poonen and children; Daniel and Yesenia Shank; Colleen Shank; Steven and Krystina Schumacher their children Leah and Ahren; Kelly and Tim Rabolt; Courtney Schmitt; Emily Schmitt; Clayton and Sarah Hayes their daughter Brooklyn; Tim and Elizabeth Barker.
